Indoor LED Displays

Indoor industrial LED displays are used on the plant floor as a visual alarm, for production queues, and to convey real time information. They are used as production status boards to show how far along production is for the time specified, and how many parts are made versus need to be made. Indoor LED displays are also used by safety and HR departments to facilitate employee awareness in common areas, conveying stats concerning safety, birthdays, and benefits.

Custom Industrial Displays

AutoComm understands that no two manufacturing environments are alike; data sources abound and the metrics that plant floor employees need to be successful change regularly. In other words, a standard solution won’t necessarily work for you. For that reason, AutoComm provides custom visual communication solutions the match your specific needs. Our team of programmers can interface with PLCs on the plant floor, SCADA systems, spreadsheets and databases. LED Timers and Counters

LED Timers are digital indicators only. Most often they are single color and come in various sizes. Timers are an application for a production environment to show how much time employees have to finish an operation. Counters usually count up and show the amount of parts made on an assembly line.

Digital Signage

Today it’s common to show production data, sales stats and other business metrics, as well as “infotainment” like news, sports, stocks, weather and even TV in a split screen format. These can be located in break areas, office environments, and lobbies to provide company information to employees.

Outdoor LED Displays

Outdoor LED Displays communicate with employees as they leave or enter the plant. Commonly placed at guard shacks, these types of industrial displays can convey a variety of information including the weather.

  Direct messages to the appropriate people. For example: Goal, Actual, and Variance information is intended for manufacturing floor personnel. OEE is information designed for managers. Giving information to the wrong people can actually be counter productive.

• People Read Left to Right

  We're trained from a very young age to read from left to right. We set up our solutions with that in mind, instead of placing text in columns which takes longer to process.

• Real Time Information

  Providing information in real time allows employees to take corrective action. The longer a problem exists the harder it is to correct.
