Indoor LED displays are large format alphanumeric displays placed in various locations across a manufacturing plant. They typically display real-time information to plant floor employees. Displays historically have been tri-color (red, green, and amber), which provide the typical states of a production environment. Red is unacceptable, amber is marginally unacceptable,and green is acceptable. LED displays are key components for lean environments. A major part of lean is visual factory, and indoor LED displays are the perfect fit.

Director Indoor LED Display

Welcome visitors, direct guests and announce events clearly with the versatile Director. Encased in stylish solid oak or attractive euro-style aluminum, the Director is designed for high-visibility indoor use in lobbies, cafeterias and offices.

The Director series is capable of displaying your messages in three vivid colors - red, green and amber. The oak option offers eight text rows with 16 characters per line. The aluminum option features eight text lines with either 16 or 24 characters per line. Your Director will arrive ready to roll with Windows-compatible programming software, 25-foot PC-to-display data cable, brochure rack and wall mount or floor stand.

  • Did You Know??

  • Use Color Profiling

    Use red, green and amber colors in your data to enhance your message. Colors quickly tell production workers and managers the status. Green indicates good, amber indicates barely acceptable or unacceptable performance, and red indicates unacceptable performance or a problem

  • Make 100% Green

    When using color profiling, make 100% the acceptable level. If performance expectations exceed 100% of the stated goal consider revising goals.

  • Real Time Information

    Providing information in real time allows employees to take corrective action. The longer a problem exists the harder it is to correct.
